One of the most fashionable events in the racing calendar is taking place at Sandown Park this year when the racecourse plays host to Coral-Eclipse Day, also known as Ladies Day, on Saturday 3 July.

This year Camilla Dallerup, winner of Strictly Come Dancing 2008, is bringing the glamour and style to the Esher racecourse as the face of Ladies Day.

Coral-Eclipse Day ranks among the best flat racing days in the country with the world’s top ranking horse ‘Sea the Stars’ taking the title in historic fashion in 2009.

It is also the biggest social occasion on the Sandown Park calendar, and one of London’s trendiest, liveliest and most exciting summer events.

There is plenty of entertainment for all racegoers, with the competitive Best Dressed Ladies Competition which takes place prior to racing live on Channel 4, for which the winning lady will take away a pink Vespa scooter and matching helmet!
